OSHA is cracking down on safety in 2016! With OSHA citation amounts increasing for the first time since 1990, learn how to minimize your company’s risk of being cited for violation of OSHA’s General Duty Clause.  The Occupational Safety and Health Act’s General Duty Clause, Section 5(a)(1 requires employers to protect employees from recognized workplace hazards that are correctible and likely to cause serious harm or death.
