JANELLE M. MATUSZAK has practiced law with the firm since 2005. Ms. Matuszak concentrates her practice in representing employers in the workers’ compensation area, regularly appearing be-fore the Industrial Commission of Ohio. Ms. Matuszak also practices Collection Law and General Civil Litigation. Ms. Matuszak has experi-ence in many areas of the law including Personal Injury, Family Law, Employment, Contract, Business, Criminal, Juvenile and Estate and Probate Law. Ms. Matuszak has represented individuals and business-es in trial and appellate courts throughout Ohio. Ms. Matuszak is a member of the Grievance Committee of the Toledo Bar Association.
Ms. Matuszak earned her Bachelor of Education Degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Toledo in 1999 with a major in Public Affairs and Paralegal Administration. She earned her Juris Doctor de-gree, cum laude, from the University of Toledo in 2002, graduating second in her class.
Ms. Matuszak is married with three children and two step-children. Ms. Matuszak enjoys physical fitness, spending time with her family, and traveling. Ms. Matuszak also devotes a portion of her personal time to fundraising efforts for the March of Dimes.
