ROBERT L. SOLT, IV represents employers in all aspects of workers’ compensation law with a concentration in litigation. Prior to joining Bugbee & Conkle in 2019, Rob built and maintained a successful private law practice representing clients in civil and criminal litigation. Rob also spent several years with a local law firm where he served as the prosecutor for multiple jurisdictions and as a litigation associate. The prosecutorial mindset and comfort in the courtroom transitioned seamlessly into his litigation practice. Rob’s clients have included small businesses and statewide corporations involved in contract and business disputes, various municipalities, complex probate litigation and several home owner associations.
Rob graduated from Sylvania Southview High School, and attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he double majored in Political Science and History.
