Carolyn Davis and Janelle Matuszak Discussed Internal Investigations at the Employer’s Association

Promptly conducting effective internal investigations is your primary defense against expensive litigation and liability.  Ms. Davis and Ms. Matuszak discussed various types of situations that necessitate an investigation, and the step-by-step process that addresses not only the underlying safety, harassment, discrimination or other issue, but also, prepares against possible litigation.
