Cleveland Business Owner Convicted of Workers’ Compensation Fraud

A Cleveland, Ohio business owner was sentenced to 120 days in jail and ordered to repay over $60,000 dollars to the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation for workers’ compensation fraud.  The business owner operated his business without workers’ compensation coverage and continued to do so after being contacted by the Bureau’s Special Investigations Department.  Click here to read more.
