As we reported in the July Comp Connection, workers’ compensation parties and representatives soon will be able to upload documents directly to the Commission’s website, eliminating fax filings. Although the Commission has not announced the exact date the new web portal will be launched, parties and representatives now may register to utilize this upcoming service. Once you are on the Commission’s website, navigate to your Representative Home Page. There, you will see a Notice which will take you to Document Upload Signup. Click on the link for “attached documentation” and the website will load step by step instructions for the document upload process. Click here to access the Commission’s website.
