The Ohio Industrial Commission To Expand its Paperless System

Very soon, the Industrial Commission of Ohio will expand its paperless system, allowing parties and their representatives to email documents to the Commission for filing.  The new filing process will alleviate printing and copying charges associated with filing hard copies of large documents and dramatically improve the expeditious filing of documents.  Additionally, the Commission will allow unrestricted wireless internet access at the Commission to anyone who has an Industrial Commission identification card. In the past, the Commission permitted limited internet access to the Bureau’s and Commission’s websites only.
