Employers Must Post OSHA 300A Annual Summary Logs

The OSHA summary log 300A must be posted from February 1, 2016 through April 30, 2016, in a conspicuous spot where notices to employees are normally posted. Due to changes that went into effect on January 1, 2015, to the recordkeeping rule, certain industries that were previously exempt from recordkeeping requirements are now covered. Further, employers with 10 or fewer employees and employers in low-hazard industries may be exempt from injury and illness recordkeeping and posting requirements.
